It all begins with a forehead wrinkle. Isn’t that the truth? I look at my wife, who is now 38 years old and it all becomes crystal clear. She has one forehead wrinkle between her eyes, like so many other adults do once they reach the age of 30 or 35. However, in no way is my wife content with this. She actually wants to have it removed. So, the big question here is; how does one go about removing an irksome forehead wrinkle? Fortunately there seem to be a few different solutions where this is concerned. Do you have your first annoying wrinkle yet?

Have you taken a good look at the cosmetic industry lately? There are literally thousands of solutions, potential remedies, and so-called treatments when it comes to fine lines and wrinkles. The truth of the matter is people just don’t want them. It’s like aging has suddenly become “out of style.” What is the root of this predicament? And I call it a predicament simply because every one of us will age whether we like it or not. It’s plain and simply an inevitability of life as we know it. Well, I’m going to have to blame the male race for the most part. Although I am a man myself, I think it’s rather sad how most men are always after the youngest women. Get a life, people. Do you know how ridiculous you look in your 40s and 50s chasing after a girl in her 20s? It’s truly sad. But, this does not change infinite men from doing it. They hit that mid-life crisis and it’s all over. Suddenly they need some catalyst to step in and convince them that they’re still young. Anyway, back to the forehead wrinkle. I’m basically say that if men would embrace women their own age, and there are many attractive ones, the aging process would not be frowned upon so much. Women would not be so driven to acquire plastic surgery, botox and face lifts. I honestly think a great deal of these new-age rituals are unhealthy. I know they’re not for me.
When it comes to that forehead wrinkle that drives you insane, you can take the simple route of purchasing quality skin care products and getting routine facials. Or, you can venture off into a more drastic direction with botox or a face lift. However, you may want to be careful what you go after. Just take a good look at Joan Rivers. Yikes!

Other than that, unless I want to iron my face, or get a face-lift every five years, I may just have to learn to live with my wrinkles.
As generations pass, it seems the desire for eternal beauty only grows stronger. Or maybe it’s the desire for eternal youth. Is there really a difference? Now days, society claims the two go hand in hand. As if you can’t have the beauty part without the youth part. Who ever officially announced this concept anyway? Has the current media warped our delicate minds? Regardless of its origins, youthful beauty is without a doubt all the rage in more contemporary times. Our society has deemed wrinkles taboo. This may be the reason so many individuals these days are struggling to remove wrinkles and keep them from rearing their ugly head. What wrinkle solutions sit on your bathroom counter?

If you haven’t received your recent dose of reality television, then you probably haven’t viewed any of the shows dealing with plastic surgery. Yikes! These programs always make me cringe. They’re filled with unsatisfied individuals who are looking to enlarge their breasts, have their thighs vacuumed, or possibly remove wrinkles from their weathered brow. They love to reveal the actual surgeries, which in turn might make you think twice about your tiny age lines. As you may already know, one of the more common ways to remove wrinkles is via a face-lift. This is when the face is literally outlined with a scalpel and then stretched back in order to rid your mug of any lines or wrinkles. Sound painful?
“Getting Rid of Wrinkles”

Can we stop the aging process? Of course…not. Never believe what anti-aging cosmetics are bragging about restoring youth because this has not been possible yet, at least as evidences suggest. The fact is our skin gradually loses elasticity as we grow older, and gravity works its way to pull things down resulting to wrinkled or sagging skin in older people. On the positive side, we can slow down skin aging and preserve, for a limited time, what we have.
A wrinkle free skin care starts in your youth. If you’ve been abusive of your body in your adolescent and young adult years, chances are your body, especially your skin, will pay dearly for that. Smokers for instance look older than their age. Truth of the matter is smoking plays a big role in hastening the skin’s aging process because it disintegrates or weakens the skin’s natural defenses. The sun might be good for the plants but it’s not kind on our skin. The sun’s ultraviolet rays are damaging to the skin’s outer layer, which can lead to skin cancer. UV sunscreen, with a minimum sun protection factor of 15 (and more for fairer skin) may help to reduce skin wrinkles when the time comes. Aside from the sun, other contributing factors to premature skin aging are external exposures to other substances such as pollution and tobacco smoking. Also wrinkles appear when the skin loses moisture and fats making moisturizers are a must for a wrinkle free skin care.
Moisturizers help the skin retain moisture, which is essential to attain a healthy, younger-looking skin. Skin care products designed for aging or maturing skin may also help in preventing the early appearance of the signs of aging. Oil of Olay Total Effects contains a combination of vitamin B3, pro-vitamin B5, and vitamin E. This formulation is intended to target the seven signs of aging by aiding the skin in retaining moisture and improves surface dullness, which may be a part of your wrinkle free skin care regimen.
Other topical products also offer promising wrinkle free skin care by repairing and nourishing damaged, aging skin. A healthy, natural diet consisting of fruits and vegetables are essential to wrinkle free skin care. In addition, a sufficient quantity of vitamin and mineral supplements, moisturizers, and sunscreen may be all that you need for a wrinkle free skin care
